Random Korean Interaction #4: Garbage

If there’s no snow or rain, I’ll ride my bike everywhere. I park my dainty pink bike by wrapping my lock around a tree in the school parking lot. Concerned about it being stolen, my co-teacher kindly suggested, “You can put your bike in the garbage”.

I later learned he meant to say “garage”. We shared a laugh.
