Attempted Korean Dinner

This is not the most flattering photo of what Korean meals actually look like, but I improvised a meal with the supplies I had. I made 순두부 찌개 (Spicy soft tofu stew) with a side of cooked spinach, kimchi, edamame, rice, and Daryl attempted 만두 (Korean dumplings) we found in the frozen section at the Korean market. Although we could have benefited from a few more side dishes (반천), we ravenously ate everything with the exception of the edamame shells ^^~

Goal #1 while living in Korea: Learn how to cook a proper meal.
